Heat/sound insulation question

I am planning to insulate my 79 coupe. I have purchased a roll of heat insulation of sheets of sound deadner. When applying the layers inside the car is it more effective to put the heat layer on first with the sound deadner on top or the other way around?

when I did mine I just used the heat insulation with out the sound deadener.
