Question: Help identify these plugs, Are they AC related?

What are these two plugs? They come out of the harness up by the center of the intake manifold (the one on the AC compressor) and the one on the left comes out on the harness at the area of the front of the RT valve cover. My AC does nothing from inside, zero, the fan blower don't even blow. Moving the control arms left to right does nothing either. I suspect these two plugs are the culprits. What are they, does anyone recognise them? Both are a combination of male appearance with female recepticles on either male protrusion. One of the protrusions on either plug also has a slot the length, likely a one way only plug safety feature.

Sorry but the two plugs aren't for the airco/fan. They are for the A.I.R. system that I think has been removed on your '82. Look for a 82 corvette motorcompartment picture. Your picture doesn't show the airpomp, isn't it there or just not in the picture?

As for your fan, look under the passengerside polyester against the firewall you'll find the fanmotor. Maybe the 12v or ground cable is missing or something?

I found some pretty good pictures on ebay of cars or sale, where I found pictures of the engine bay. There were several which confirmed what you had inferred, Yes the 'smog' system was in fact removed. But having bought the car that way, I had no way of knowing which components were missing. And, also since I had no motor manual. A motor manual is in order, and soon to be added. I will now gather the components from various sources, or maybe even on our classifieds. Thanks for the heads-up on the missing parts.
