Hi All, My pride and joy is off road for winter now and I jacked it up to clean and detail the chassis. To my horror I found a crack in the left front floor area. Looks like the jack caused it sometime this summer. The crack is underneath, where the "jack position" area is on the left front. It seems like a few small cracks but being fibreglass you know it is now very weak. How ahould I go about repairing the area? Any advise is greatly appreciated.

Well, here is what I'd start with. first take up the carpet and see how bad it looks on that side. provided it's not all broken up you could simply clean up the outside and coat it with gel coat to seal everything, if it's worse you'll probably need a layer of fiberglass mat & resin. a boat shop can supply everything you will need and probably instructions too!

Thanks for the addvise Ernie. I never thought of a marine supply sote, good idea. Thanks again!
