Help With 91 Conv

Help.....Does anyone know exactly where the Icandescent Power Driver is located behind the instrument panel? This solid state device is in series with all the backlighting/telltale lights for the dash. All of mine are out and I've traced the problem to this device. My GM books are not specific on the location. Also is this part available from GM? Any help really appreciated.

My 86 did the same thing .

I took it to chevy parts counter and 3 day's later I had a new dash!

Works great now.
