help with sport seats

does anyone have sport seats in there 89/91 corvette, i am going to buy a pair of sport seats. have reg seats now what will i have to do to get them to work, talking about side bolsters and other devices in seats, if i run a power wire to each control will that work. or do i need a air pump or is air pump in seat any help is greatly appr. geo

I believe they will bolt Right in!!! Look under the carpet, I think you will find another wiring plug for the sport Opp seats!! Or it may be already be in the plug thats there!!! I can't Remember I've done this, But I slept since then!!

I took the sport seats out of my '89 and replaced them with the standard 88 seats (I like the trim, simple style). All the air pump stuff is IN the seat. There is an electrical connection that come us from under the carpet that plugs into a connection comming from the seat. If you're interested in my old seats, for parts if nothing else, I have them for sale on Ebay. I don't have a link, but they're listed as 1989 Corvette Sport Seats, where I have set out the whole story. Have you really ever tried the seats---I think they are WAY overdone and too complicated/heavy etc. I'm a small guy, but they are a mess to climb in and out of, which is why I think many of them have been trashed.
