Here is an odd question

I just ran a Carfax on a 2000 Vert with 15k+ miles on it. The report said that it was a leased vehicle and the only odometer reading was 11 miles. I can only assume that was when the car was sold and the original title was registered. Why has there been on more entries on the report. I am assuming Carfax gets its information for the cars when it is either re-registered or when it is inspected. Does this mean this car has not been inspected in 2 years?

Well there are other possibilities.....
Many dealers buy vehicles from auctions, most will be from out of state. Vehicle inspections are not required ina all states, namely michigan.
