Welcome to the Corvette Forums at the Corvette Action Center!

Here it Is!!!!

Excellent... Nice shots.
Now get out there and go for a drive!

Congrats on the new coupe!! Great pics!! Thanks for posting!!

:upthumbs

Oh, I've driven it allright. A whole 20 miles!!!! I picked it up Wed. afternoon, drove home and then drove to pick my son up at school. While waiting in the car line, the bottom dropped out of the sky with rain!!!! I was impressed how the C5 handled in the rain.

My daughter is coming home from college this weekend and already has plans for me to cart her butt all over the place!! Mind you, I am by no means complaining either!!! I'm just not taking her back to Philadelphia in it!! I better get some miles on it this weekend, they're calling for snow Sunday night in the Philly area.

you will love it, there is something about Torch Red

Schuuuweeet!

How many times have you washed it so far? :L

None!!!:) It got rained on a couple of hours after I picked it up.:mad I'll probably put it in the back bay of the fire station and wash it tomorrow before I cover it up.

Nice.. looks like the torch 98' I have in the garage.

Wow! Stunning car you've bought, congrats. These C-5's are a timeless design, like.....every other CORVETTE ever produced. Nice job

Congrats ... and well done!!! I know you have waited for this day ... be safe and enjoy that new baby.:D

Dan ---> now you have to wave --> :w

Congrats.....Now you can drive around with a stupid grin on your face like the rest of us. There's somethine special about Corvettes, especially the C5. God I love this car.

It's tough getting you new baby this time of the year. I got mine last january and it snowed a foot about a week after I got it. It was a long long wait for the snow to melt.

ENJOY !!!

The alternative would be to give her the keys so she could cart herself around in the Vette'.:D

Great choice!

What's the big deal with having a red one. l thought they only come in red.

Great looking machine and all the luck in the world.

Better hide the key's and what is this driving in the rain???

FAT CHANCE!!!!!:L

Kingman, about the driving in the rain: It just happened. I went to pick my son up at school and BOOM!!! The bottom dropped out for about 20 minutes. Believe me, I wasn't happy about it at all.

The stuff we won't do for our kids.

Chris
