Welcome to the Corvette Forums at the Corvette Action Center!

Hey - Cee/68Roadster: Are ya going to the races this weekend?

Unfortunately no....my sister is in town from Va. and I need a new battery for the Roadster, that rules out a race ticket!
Hoping to sneak away tomorrow and join my buds for a tailgating party in his garage with the big screen. Will probably be more comfortable than sitting on those hard aluminum bleachers and will get home faster!

Thanks for the call Thursday!

No question there....24/48 as usual.....really anyone but Elevator Head - 18

FORT WORTH, Texas – Hey Jimmie Johnson! Kyle Busch is already four-time consecutive champion – at Texas that is.

Busch held off Casey Mears to win Saturday’s O’Reilly Challenge, his fourth straight victory at Texas Motor Speedway and eighth Nationwide Series win of the season.

Busch’s win, combined with Carl Edwards’ ninth-place finish, gives Busch a solid opportunity to clinch the series championship next weekend at Phoenix.

The win is also Busch's second of the weekend at Texas. He won the Truck series race at the track Friday night. No NASCAR driver has ever won in all three national series on the same race weekend.
