hi flow cats

forgive me if this is a dupe...i tried searching and couldn't find anything along these lines.

i'm wondering if it's worth it to replace my original cats with hi-flows. i'm not ready to do the headers yet, but i'm wondering if i'll get an hp increase by just replacing my old 70,000+ mile cats.

has anyone done this? am i wasting my time doing this without doing the headers? can i add the headers later and still keep the hi-flow cats that i put on now (assuming i do this)?

whether you've done this or not, i'd still love to hear some opinions.

I think you are waisting your time and money. Wait until you can do both the headers and the cats at the same time.
