Question: hi im new!!

Hi all.. i just bought a 2000 c5 targa and i have a couple issues... im a tech at mercedes and a few questions about my new toy!! First off i have a vaccum noise from the dash area when i shut the climate control off.. i think one of the vent shut doors are stuck.. it this common? I figure this because i cant get the foot vents to work either.. Secondly, my passenger seat switch for lumbar and back (inflate) switches are not working.. Is it common for the switches to go on these? I cant see all three motors braking at the same time! Thanks all!!!:cool

Is it a vacuum noise or is the fan on? There is a wiring packgae wrapped in a leather bag underneath the seats. Make sure all the connectors are connected. Other than that I have no clue. Enjoy
