High side pressure

I got guages today and the low side at idle it at 30psi but the high side while idling in the garage with it on max ( set at 60degrees) fan on highest ( ten) is at 200 psi. Is this normal for these conditions, it sounds high.

I found the performance chart in the 94 manual, I think Im alright, its blowing cold and from what the chart said about outside temp. and pressures it looks alright. Close enough that I feel better I didnt get it overcharged. Thanks guys
