Holley carb info help

While going through some old (25+ years) parts, I came across a Holley 3367 from one of my Corvettes. I think it may be from my 65 or 66. The part number is 3884505 DA, List 3367, Date 562. Can any of you numbers folks out there decode the date and confirm it is a Corvette carb?
