holley carb

is anyone using a holley 80555? I've read a few posts on other sights that this is a direct replacement for the stock carb on a 74 with a 350.

ok... well i guess i will answer my own post. The carb fit nicely, and i am able to use the stock air filter with lots of hood clearance left.

Good job on your carb! I just installed a Holley 4175 list #7002-1 on my 74 350ci. I thought this was the direct replacement for the Rochester Quadrajets... That's what Holley told me anyway.

No, I just got this project Vette about 2 months ago. Definitely not ready for shows yet...
