Hood latch problem.

Lately I’m having a problem getting the driver’s side hood latch to latch. I don’t have an FSM yet. Is there any adjustment on it? It seems like there’s no catch there at all. Then finally it’ll catch. Any suggestions?

Yes you can adjust the latch up and down buy loosing the bolts that hold it. You might try lowering the rubber stop on the side an 1/8" or so first depending on how the hood lines up with the fender.

Thanks. I’ll try that. I think it might be the latch because the hood lines up nicely. It’s intermittent though. Sometimes it’ll latch and other times I have to try five or six times.
