Hood stuck - have tool - need help w/pix

Well the usual stuck hood problem has struck. Lever moves, but latches don't. I sent for and got the tool. But I can't see where to insert it to force the latch open. There doesn't seem to be any place where the tool will be puched in. I don't want to use the BFH yet.
Can anyone show pix where they show an inserted tool.

Well that helped!
I got the pass side unlatched and I see where to place the tool.
On the driver side the tool doesn't seem to go far enough in to twist it.
I'll keep on trying, using ever increasing force. Maybe I'll get soneone to press down on the driver hood to relieve any strain whileI twist.

Success !!
Da hood she is open.
Needed a big shove to get the tool in to the sweet spot.
Problem was a maladjusted cable.

Practice Makes Perfect!

I know you bought your tool after the hood was stuck. For those, like me, who preemptively buy or make one, I strongly recommend you practice with it before you actually need it. I found that it helps to be able to open and close the hood a couple of times to see what you need to do to actually use the tool. Insert, twist one way, insert farther, twist the other......
