Hooker Super Comp Headers

Is anybody with a C3 running a BB With hooker Super Comp Headers with 2 1/8" primary tubes?The headers are ment for the car.The passenger side looks like it should drop rite in but the drivers side looks alittle tight.Any feedback would be appreciated.

As of now the car has the stock exhaust.I am just collecting parts for the winter overhaul.Hooker claims the were made for the car.These are monster primary tubes though.Most tubes are 1 7/8".It might not sound like much of a difference but as you know BB + vette =VERY TIGHT.And no I don't have any pics yet.

I have them in my 77.The drivers side is a nightmare.You will have to move the brake proportioning valve to get them in.Then to hook up the exhaust is another problem.The collectors won't line up with the exhaust holes in the crossmember.You will have to get pipes bent to fit.Have fun......
