I just made a deal on the phone for a triple black convertible Z51. Help me out here, this guy was real easy to get 6150 off the sticker. Am I missing something here? I haven't kept up with the discounts lately. This car is 62805. Is it winter or is it an '05 and has lost a ton already or is it a good deal and can I not get s###%d on the depreciation? I guess if you're happy with the deal its a good deral.

My local dealer is advertising 3K off of all Corvettes in stock. If they'll do that most other dealers would easily double up on that discount.

I suspect that 6K off of MSRP is pretty much the going rate for a "holdover" '05 now if you're willing to squeeze a bit. You could probably get it for pretty close to invoice before the end of the allocation period (this year's sales impact directly on next year's allocations) if you're particularly sharp!

That sounds like a very good deal. I think I read somewhere about $6K off list. With Eric's situation, things usually cost more in CA (probably because they make so much money ) so I don't think $6K off list is too ridiculous. They probably want to push those '05's out the door for more future allotments.
