Horsepower in a C5 or C6

The LT4 is only rated at 330 HP but there have been numerous posts here revealing that dyno tests show the average HP for a stock LT4 at around 360 with a high of 390. Does this same under rating apply also to the C5 or 6? If they are also under rated, what do they usually run?

GM purposely underrated the LT4 so that the LS1 would look like an improvement on paper.

The LS2 is rated at 400 and that is a significant improvement over the LS1. So, I don't think there would be any reason to underrate it - unless the insurance industry is starting to raise its ugly head again making it a desirable thing.
