Help! Hose Identification? (water Leak)

Returned home, turned engine off — Snap! — water leaking! Seems to be coming from the SMALL HOSE (5/8" to 3/4") at the top of the engine. It is in an elongated "S" shape. What's this hose called? Needs to be replaced immediately? THANKS

Gates called it Upper Rad to Throttle body,or Throttle Body to Upper Rad,I just had to get one for my 94 a couple months ago!!
