Has anyone seen this in stores? It's red with tubbed wheels and blower? There are a few on e-bay, but would rather buy locally-

I saw it a couple weeks ago at Sears in Ft. Wayne. They had a few big Hot Wheels cars on a small toy counter in the (are you ready for this?) baby stuff dept.
