How about a DFW get together!!!

I was cleaning my car yesterday for a local car show on sunday. And got to thinking that it would be nice to meet and see other Forum members cars that live in the Metroplex. Since the weather is starting to get nice. Is this something you Guys and Gals be intrested in doing? Maybe we can meet at a resturant or if someone knows of a plce to meet.

Hey Daniel,

Great idea... I would really like to meet a few local Vette folks. It would probably be very hard to get folks to agree on a date, time & place. Why don't you just say here is where you can be, and when... and we'll see who else can make it.

As for me... taking the kids to Lake Texoma this weekend, but next weekend is looking good so far.

A bunch of us actually did this a couple of years ago. It was cold, cold, cold (we did it in Feb. if I remember correctly). Actually had a pretty good turn out. Something close to 12 - 15 folks showed up. Never could seem to get everyone to commit to a "next" time.

I'm game. Maybe we should shoot for a date in April so folks could rearrange their schedules.

Met at Kellers//moved somewhere else because Keller's doesn't want "enthusiasts" (or business, I guess) like they did when I was a teenager...

Yeah we had a good turn out for the first one and a couple or three 3-4 people things after and then nothing....not the best time of year to start I guess....
