How do I program my 2000 keyless entry?

i'm at work and don't have my vette with me, but i'm pretty sure that the instructions for programming the keyless entry are in the owner's manual. if they're not in the owner's manual, let me know because i have them somewhere.

hold the lock and unlock for roughly 7-10 seconds and it will be reprogramed,,this works if you are using the same fob and reciever and the battery was disconnected or changed.
