Curiosity for the most part due to a little idea I have, does anyone know if the halo bar body panel can be removed? I felt around the base of it and can feel a screw but it's gonna be tough to get to. So, I wanted to make sure I wasn't about to go down a very long and painful path without asking the question of if it's even possible.

And just to clarify, I'm only talking about the fiberglass, not the entire halo bar.

Thanks!

HI there,
It is possible, but it is bonded to the overhead bar using adhesive.
That panel is sheet molded compound and cutting this out usually ruins it.

Thanks Paul! I was afraid it was something like that. My plan was/is to paint it black but I thought if I could find a way to remove it I would get a spare and paint it black so the car could go back to stock without too much drama.

I guess I need to just bite the bullet and paint it as it stands.
