I am taking the plenum off of my car. Well the fitting on the rear of the plenum, that goes the the brake booster is giving me fits. I originally thought if I pull the rubber hose from the metal line that comes from the plenum, I could maybe pull the plenum out with the metal lind attached. Well it appears that there is a metal retaining clip that holds this metal line in place. I can hardly get my fingers back there to see what kind of bolt is holding it it, let alone any kind of wrench.

Anybody else experience this problem?

Okay, well with a little help from my bro (go figure) we were able to get it off. To my next question, I oredered the MAT relocating kit, and apparently I didnt' tell them the right connector. There are two wires in the harness, and I suspect that the sensor is just a thermistor. Can I cut the connectors out, and solder the corresponding wires together. There are a black, and a red wire. If I connect red to red, and black to black I should be okay right?

Yeah he was ready to rip off the coil, and take off the wire, patience patience. I did get a bloody knuckle out of it... Oh well it was worth the look on his face when I pulled the plenum off and gave it to him. :L
