How do you remove the white security pin that prevents the connectors from coming loose? Its the white thing (for lack of a better descripttion) thats attached to the pink wire in the picture.

Looks like it is moded on. Guess you could cut it off.

If you can't figure it out easily after looking closely at it, then I would try to pry it off by slipping a small screwdriver blade under the flat white part and twisting. At least that's what I would do.
