How is the handeling on the C6 Z06 in dry weather meaning, making sharp turns or corners, and top speed? We had a 1999 mustang gt, that would loose controle real easy if made a certain turn.

The C6 Z06 is one of the best handling Corvettes ever built. I'd hazard a guess that if you wanted a better handling Corvette, you'd have to buy an '09 ZR1. Check out the press releases and performance reviews of the Z06 in our 2006 Z06 Model Center

I would agree that the handling of the C6 Z06, in dry weather, is exceptional.
Driver ability is the only drawback.
A good driving school like Spring Mountain, Bondaurant, or Skip Barber, should be on everyones "to-do" list if they want to do any spirited driving.

The handling is just what you'd expect from a lightweight car with wide tires. Not bad but could be improved on by having tires with a higher coefficient of friction. It never ends...:W

Dry weather handling is excellent. One of the best Corvettes I've owned. :thumb

Here in Michigan, we get that 40 degree weather, and that's when it becomes challenging! :thumb
