I have the stock 350 L48 engine in my vette rated at 195 hp. When I had it rebuilt, it was bored .060 over. I also put a Holley 650 double pumper on it because the old carb wasn't fixable. I also have flowmaster 40 series mufflers with 2 1/2 inch pipes running through stock manifolds. I plan on getting headers later but I'm trying to finish getting my Vette able to be a daily driver. Could anyone tell me about how much HP they think it is producing?

did you change from the stock cam profile? and were there any changes in the heads?

A sixty-over L48 with a Holley 650, 2.5-in. pipes and Flowmasters, provided the new Holley is calibrated properly, will make about 210 hp.

However, expect some driveability compromises with the mechanical secondaries on the street.

That's a big carb for an L48 and mecanical secondaries will make the carb's "bigness" even more pronounced.

well...here's the story...the vette was going to be my dad's when he bought it but one day i was riding with him, he told me that if i wanted it, i could have it but i'd have to sign a contract with him and i'd have to pay him back every cent...he wasnt going to give it to me..and after i paid it off, he'd put the title in my name...well...that was over a year ago. im 15 now...(yeah, i know, im EXTREMELY lucky to have this car) and when my dad had the motor rebuilt, i wasnt informed of what he was having done to it. i doubt they did anything with the heads...possibly a mild cam but im not exactly sure. but thanks for your help everyone.

You can always just find a dyno and take a run :)

Just remember that you're getting rear-wheel horsepower, not crankshaft horsepower, so you need to estimate the drivetrain losses.
