How to Polish Stock Wheel

I am thinking about polishing out my stock wheels (92). Any suggestions on how to take off the clearcoat and recommendations on polish. I have used both Mother's and Never Dull in the past on other things.

P.S. I searched and found topics on polishing wheels but unable to find a "how to" thread.
