Open the fuel filler door, there are screws there to remove it, you then remove the cap and the rubber collar.
Under the collar, you will find the plate with the pipes coming out of it, and you disconnect the electrical connections, and the vent and fuel line.
Remove the 10 bolts and use a putty knife to separate the plate from the tank, and remove the entire unit. The Fuel Pump is on the end and you just swap it out as indicated on the papers which come with the Fuel Pump.
Assemble in reverse order.
Some of the screws have torxs heads, but I can't remember which.
Before you start this, take an hour to swap out the Fuel Filter, which is attached to the frame rail, on the passenger side, just aft of the wheel well.
If you really need a new Fuel Pump, ensure you get the "sock" with it to keep any grunge out of the fuel pump which will greatly shorten its lifetime expectancy.......
