Question: How to replace front side maker lamp bulb on 1977 Corvette

Need help.
How do you replace front side marker lamp bulb on 1977 Corvette.
Does the front fascia grille need to be removed. If so are the screws securing grille hard to get at. Does the Corvette need to go on hoist for this job?

From behind. The lamp holder should twist about a quarter of a turn and pull back.
