Anybody experience humidity "fog" inside the front light enclosure (like if a seal were broken)? I picked up my new DSOM C6 :D on a VERY foggy FL night and noticed a couple of hours after driving through a lot of rain that the inside of the light casing had a small amount of "fog" (about 20%).

Thanks for your help
Rick

Yes, I saw the same and it was not all that humid. There also appeared to be an accumulation similar to that which accumulates on the interior windows.

I noticed the fogging after leaving a car wash but it dissipated very quickly.

HI there,
As long as the humidity or fog dissipates within 15 mins of on time, this is normal.
If there is moisture in the lens longer than that, bring it to the attention of your dealership.

I've only had mine about 2 weeks. but have seen the same fogging of the lights.

It does disappear relatively quickly so far.....Nice to see im not the only one..

I have a 2004. I noticed the same thing and showed it to my dealer. They said it was normal, but if it bothered me they would drill a small hole in the bottom of the lens assembly. I said no thanks. I'm watching to see how long it takes to dissipate. My biggest concern is corrosion in the bulb socket. I live in Florida so we you can imagine the humidity.
Regards,
Ed

don't everyone have a "cow" over this - every car I have owned that has had fog lamps has had "hazing" - didn't matter if it was my Beemer, Ford, etc.
