HVAC codes and intermittent blower speeds

Vehicle has a consistent B0446 and intermittently flashes B0361, B0363, B0365, B0367 with snap on scan tool viewing live codes. History codes show listed as well as B0441. Blower resistor module was replaced due prior diagnosis. Blower now operates either on low or high speed intermittently, no specific sequence will activate/change speed. Does not adjust with control head. Temperature blend air doors also operate sporadically...slow to respond to control head when they seem to work. Have not removed either motor for inspection. So, you have a Manual system and not Dual Control, correct?

Dual auto climate control system. Found output broken gear in drivers side actuator and pass side seems bad as well...hard to access without some dissection. The next issue is figuring out if the blower motor speed/function will improve after replacing the blend air door actuators. Blower will blow full speed on auto or very slow sporadically.

Dual Control units do not have resistors for blower speed. It uses a different design. If you need to remove the dash pad to get to the actuators here is a DIY. Not hard to do. Just bag and tag the various fasteners.
