Man, thats a bad one. What are people thinking when they do that!

:ugh

"motor runs great with very low miles".. Aeh ? It says up top 116k miles ? Then what is mine with 103k ? Super Low Miles ?

Not too wild about the gold/black combo there.. But hey...

Keep 'em coming, i do need a laugh once in a while..

Not bad for a 34 year old car...yes it would take some work ..but would be worth it in the end. :)

What the hell did that car survive?
:puke

Westerntrade was the high bidder at $7400 with the reserve not meet. He should consider himself lucky. :duh

I dunno mon......

might be a catch...afterall, this door panel DID

"work when last in the car"......

as opposed of course to those common garbage door panels which DON'T "work" once you put them in!

;LOL

the scarey part is that a lot of these "treasures" find someone to bid on them. it always amazes me that stuff you can get in just about any corvette catalog sells on ebay for more than the catalog prices. i figure there are a lot of folks who hibernate in the hills of north dakota or some other similar place like a desert island in the caribbean that is not in touch with the real world and reality in general. i guess that QVC proved that a while ago. EBAY just perpetuates the myth, lol!!

keep those coming. i also enjoy a good laugh from time to time!!

Exactly! I'm lazy, so I rarely even look on EBay for car stuff...

Most the time I have bothered to look I find junk for premium prices - "premium junk"! :L

I always love the people on the vette forums who find Zora's backup car with the wrong tires on ebay or whereever - so they wouldn't go past the $3100 the "fool" was wanting.... ;LOL They must have a different E-Bay than me.

When I go looking, my highly modded/butchered 75 ragtop I overpaid $9500 for in '01 (which was a normal enough price in all the 4,000-5,000 cars I had been looking high and low at for nearly 6 months) would have brought a good $20K! (Of course, lots bid, few PAY!)

nothing a little paint won't fix

I went to the Corvette Shop today (small independent shop), the owner told me one of his customers just sold a 1970, red auto coupe, decent condition but in need of attention, AC busted, 1977 350 truck motor...

$21,500

C3 pricing is going up.
