i need some quick exhaust help

im puttin one of my exhaust manifolds on sunday, but i wasnt sure what or if anything is used as some sort of gasket. i have a 1980 and i know gaskets weren't used, but is some type of peratex or other special sealent used? thanks yall

No gaskets or sealant with exhaust manifolds. If you were using headers, different story.
