IAC with new Throttle Body

I see that most TB's do not include a new IAC. Has anyone bought one with? I would probably replace the IAC if I had to transplant it to a new TB.

Also, I see that summit has their own, and it is 70 bucks cheaper then the BBk. Should I go with the BBK or is there much difference in quality between the two?

I got one for my 90 at Autozone. Its a Duralast aledgedly made by Wells.
