.....the Corvette come out with an optional ZZ502 engine complete with headers....call it "The Ultimate Performance Package" . Seems like a natural to me. Id consider buying one. That ought to de-fang the Viper !

ZZ502 would be impressive, but they could cut costs by using a modified 8.1L (496) from the new GM HD pickups. I'm sure they could tweak it for Corvette use, and get some serious HP!!! For the C6 generation, I'd like to see "The Return of the Shark," meaning, I'd like to see GM go back to a more radical, edgy styling found in the C3's.

will a 502 even fit under the hood??? lol
