Hi,
I have a Corvette 81 with an idle problem.
Very often the idle speed is around 1200/1500 rpm.
Some time it is around 650 rmp.
I have this car since one year, I had always the problem.
The carb was rebuilt with a kit, but nothing change.
The original air filter and all its connections was remove by the last owner, and replace by an EDELBROCK. The electric chocke was removed and the carb was lock, also by the last owner. The 81 carb is very special, because there is a coil inside, witch is regulated by the EGR system.
Could some one know how to solve my problem?
