Idling "Skip"

Now that I've had this car for a little while I notice more things I didn't when I first got it. On idle with no air on and no radio just a regular idle I notice a teeny weeny bump in the tach needle, also when I listen to it it SEEMS to miss a beat once in a while. I mean OCD beat. I don't think anyone but me or one of you guys could notice this. The engine sounds smooth as silk. Think I'm over analyzing stuff? It's not the lifters or a serious sound I just don't know. Its an'04 standard stuff.

I have a 99 and I hear the same sound, I feel it too. When I give it a little gas all is well. I thuoght it was wires but they have been changed.
