Ignition timing

Something tells me I should know the answer to this but can anyone tell me what my initial ignition timing should be? All I can find are references to the label under the hood. My car has 2 labels but no timing information (maybe because it was originally sold in Europe?)

I have experienced the odd flat spot lately and I just checked the timing at idle with the brown wire disconnected. It read 0 degrees. Surely that couldn't be right? I'd guess it should be 4-8 degrees?

Incidentally, my Callaway owners manual implies the timing is the same as stock?

Malc, the plate on the side of the intercooler should read 6 deg. BTDC
