I am about to purchase a 1965 corvette, looking for a site that will give me all the spec's on 1965 Vette. A website with this information would be great.

Welcome and good luck with your purchase. Besides specs are there any questions of what you should be looking at with a midyear purchase?

Me personally beside confirming the car has a current registration with a proper Vette vin ,I look for rust in the frame where the trailing arms mount.

Years ago I sean a checklist on this site to be used when purchasing a midyear vette hopefully 67 will give us a link to it

Welcome to the CAC. There are a lot of great folks on this site and a wealth of knowledge available at your keyboard.:cool

Do you belong to a Corvette club? Do they have any members that are very knowledgeable?

Failing that, you should try to contact the Michigan NCRS http://www.homestead.com/MichiganNCRS/index.html to see if they have someone that might be interested in looking at the car with you. This will be faster than trying to learn all the facts and delicate aspects of purchasing a mid year vette. Whether you want this car to be original or just structurally sound.

Then of course if you have a strong automotive background and wish to research it yourself, feel free to ask all the questions you want in here. There are lots of folks that are more than willing to help you with good advice.
