Injector help

Hi all,
I have looked throught all books and I can not find the injector pressure in LBS for my 89 L98 motor does anyone know what it would be.I am thinking either 21 or 22 but not too sure any info would be appericated.

Actual Fuel pressure is around 43-44 PSI with the Vacuum line disconnected from the regulator.

Now the injectors in a 89 are rated at 22lbs
