Inop cig. lighters

[2000vette]

I have a 2000 coupe with under 20,000 miles. Both the main cigerette lighter and console lighter are inoperable. I checked both fuses and they are intact (non-broken #1 & #7). Any sugestions? Anyone else with the same problem?
