Inside courtesy lights

First post Excuse my question just wondering what setting is for the interior lights?? C5 Convertible i was in the car at night with no lights inside after I turned off the ignition then no light when I opened the door.The garage gets dark :LThank You Ok

Welcome!

Could be a couple of things, neither of which I'm in a position to confirm myself (so working from memory here):

1. If the 'dome' light knob (left-hand side of the instrument cluster) is turned all the way off, you may not get any interior lighting.
2. And you might check your owner's manual for information on the "twilight sentinel" or some similar terminology; if I remember correctly, those were controlled through the DIC (Driver's Information Center) and may not have been a standard feature on all model years.

I was thinking a fuse. Im not sure I mentioned its a convertible their is no dome lighted floorboard only.I figured it was the switch Monday was turned off.
