How much force can a person use to install the Blackwing on the gaumets
on the radiator cover? I can't get them to set in. Is there any easier way or
a trick to install them
Thanks

Hello there,

If your problem is getting the filter to slip over the studs on top of the radiator, then try this simple trick. Use a little ArmorAll, STP Son-of-a-Gun, or similar on the inside of the rubber grommet. This will privide a little lubrication and allow the grommets to slide onto the studs easier.

Good Luck :beer

U can also use soapy water on the gromets even the ones that hold the air bridge. It works great and just so you know..years ago..I struggled with exactly what you described until I tried a little soapy water..
