Hi all,
A friend of mine has swapped out his original manifold on his 2000 C5 LS1 and replaced it with a Z06 manifold of the same year. He keeps getting an error code of PO410 ( Secondary air)????????

Any hints will be appreciated.
Thanks!

HI there,
First off, the LS6 intake was not just for LS6, this manifold was used from 01 to present date. This is due to the lower floor of the intake, and longer runners to increase throttle response.
As for your code, you could most likely chalk this up to maybe a hose that was not connected after you did the intake. Take a look at the drivers side, underneath the master cylinder.
There is a 3/4 rubber hose that sends fresh air to both exhaust manifolds.
Make sure it is connected.

Thanks C4C5 Mech. I found that the aux vac line on the back of the manifold was not connected. It took awhile to hook back up though. I think the only thing that fits back there is a little "menehune". Thanks again.
Tony
