Does anyone know of a source for 1981 door panels that dont have the carpet and map pockets?
Also Im looking into either black armrests or maybe dieing the ones that are there already. How well does interior dye hold up to daily use?

SEM automotive interior dye is about the best stuff you can buy. Shoots like lacquer and will not rub off. The key to preparation is clean, clean, clean.

:)

I died my drivers door panel and carpeted map pocket as a test. Used SEM flat black die. So far holding up very well. Clean, clean and clean the surfaces

You might try "Al Knoch Corvette Interiors" He is a manufacturer of Vette interiors and I personally Know that he has made special order door panels any way you like.

Reached a t 1 800 880 8080 and explain your problem to either Al, or Dale Robertson....
