Jacking up Car

[AV8RSVT #1]

I have A 72 Vette. I just purchased ceramic coated hooker headers for it. I have 1 floor jack to lift the car and place the front end on Jack Stands. When I lift the Car should I have the T-TOPS on or off, Doors open or closed? Any tips tricks would be greatly appreciated for raising the Car as wells the header install. THANKS for the help!

I always unlatch the tops, leave the doors ajar and pop the hood just to be on the safe side whenever I jack up my car.
