So, Jordan Taylor, the new Corvette driver is 20. Maybe he is now 21 after being selected. There go my hopes. Geez, when did he start driving, when he was 15? Pretty soon 24 will be over the hill. I guess this points out that unless you are pretty much born into a racing family, your chances of getting there are pretty slim. I'm not dissing him and hope he his very successful as I want the Corvettes to win every race. I guess I just expected someone with more experience before being placed behind the wheel of those very expensive machines. I know he has been racing in Camarro's in Grand Am but this seems like a big step. I am sure Corvette Racing tested him and they must be confident in his abilities but, I bet, a few fingers will be crossed at Sebring. Good luck, Jordan.
