With the C6's coming out in the fall - it got me thinking about what this might mean for folks that still like the C5's. The prices on the C5's will start to drop a little and it would be an ideal time for folks that want to move up. Two example come to mind. People who have early C5's (97 - 99) might be interested in a 02 - 04. Or someone who wanted a Z06 - this also would be an ideal time to make that move. Just something to consider.

Remo,

You are absolutely right on this. With the deep discounts available on new C5s at the dealers now the price for nice used ones are going to drop accordingly. I love the C5 and wish I could take advantage of the situation. After seeing the C6 at Detroit looking at a new C5 in the showroom is like looking at a brand new old car. With a lot of buyers thinking like this the only way the sellers are going to overcome this situation is with attractive pricing.
