Had my knockoffs (Western Wheel no pins) off for the first time since acquiring the 64 Coupe in October. The spindels were rusted and I about busted a gut flailing on the spinners with a lead hammer. Wirebrushed all thread surfaces and coated with antisieze so they will be easier to maintain and tighten. I am thinking about putting Cragar SS on for daily driving because I like the look, and the safety of lugs. What width do you guys recommend? I am leaning toward 6's but wanted to get the collective wisdom of the forum. Thanks!

With the Cragar SS wheels you will have to use a spacer for them to clear the calipers.. Just thought I'd point it out. I went with TTII's for that exact reason. Also I saw a set of old Torque Thrusts for sale in Auto/Truck swap they were listing for $900 somewhere in Washington state.... If you wanted the retro look vs the new style of the TTII's....Hope this is some help.. Dave..

Thanks Dave. the TT II look great also. Do you remember the bolt pattern measurement . Also you can save me a day in the cold garage by letting me know what the back measure was if you have it. I found a set of Cragars at Pete Paulsen's House of Wheels with 3 3/8 back. Not to deep so a spacer may not be necessary. I'll call them tomorrow.

Tyler, I have put safey wires on, thanks for the tip.

Great 2004!!

I went with 17x7 so I went with 4 inches of backspacing. I called AR and this is what they gave me and it works. If you are looking for 15 inch rim call em and I'm sure that they will give you the correct offset for our application.. Dave..
